We are currently conducting a research project entitled “Development and Validation of Mindful Coping Scale of Co
requirement for our course in Psychological Assessment 1.

The purpose of this paper is to identify the reliability coefficient of the Mindful Coping Scale among College Studen
intended for 60 college students in Holy Angel University ages 18 to 25.

The proposed instrument is based on the Mindfulness to Meaning Theory (MMT) by Garland et al. (2015) which is a
