Section I. Executive Summary

This business aims to serve the people through the use of agricultural

product, mainly in banana production industry. It also aims to create a job to

minimize the number of jobless people residing near its location which is in Barangay

Nanyo and it can be used as a livelihood project in the said barangay. This proposed

business also aims to generate income and revenue that would help to grow the

company we are in.

This business will mainly use banana as the main ingredient for production of

chips and banana cues. This will be packed in a sealed plastic to secure the

cleanliness of the product along with its attractive labels that would make the

customers convinced to buy the product.

The target market of this business is the small community up to larger

communities that the employed workers can reach in order to sell the product. With

the use of effort, cooperation and patience, this business will not be impossible to be

in success in the future.

Section II. Description of the Business

Banana industry is an essential and vital in the global industry in agricultural

products. There are a lot of cities and barangays who cultivates banana (which

TADECO is one of them) and sold in the market but in order to reach the individuals’

needs like new taste of product, this business would be ideal to attain this.

There is a lot who wish to gain income. Their only problem is they cannot

invest money because of their economic status. This business would surely help
them since this business will create a room for them to have a job and also, they

would be able to support and sustain their basic needs.

This business will generate income and not only benefit the company but also

the residents near its location. The use of time and effort will be utilized but the

outcome of these efforts in the next succeeding days would be possibly fruitful and

successful. In addition, with a good leadership of the business leader and good

employees to do the job will make the business into brighter and successful future.

Section III. Objective of the Business

The objective of this business is mainly to generate income as well as to help

the jobless residents of Barangay Nanyo to earn money to sustain their daily and

basic needs. This business also wants to market a new product for the customers to

have new food to taste rather than eating banana alone. The products that will be

produced will undergo series of steps to finalize the product which contains a

pleasant and crunchy taste and texture.

Section IV. Marketing Plan

To make this business successful, it must undergo to different process in

order to attain success. There are already target potential workers that can be

employed to the workplace and possess talents that is fit and capable to do the work

that is needed. These people will serve as a fuel to make the business operate and

generate income

The product that will be used is banana with other ingredients to make the

target market love the product. The target market of this business is the community
near to the business location, stores in every barangay who can sell the products

and every area that the sellers can reach.

is not determined. Any changes of expenses in the future may happen.
