Nut-erine Peanut Spread

Project Rationale
Peanut butter is cheaper than other spreads in terms of net weight. The
ingredients and materials in production of homemade peanut spread are available in the
market. Production of homemade peanut butter can provide another source of money;
allowance to the persistent student and as source of income for a family.
Marketing Aspect
Price was based from the price of local homemade peanut spread in the market.
Individual negotiation is the type of price discovery that is to be use to limit marketing
cost. 65% net income will be the target in every kilogram of production.
Production/ Technical Aspect
The place of production will be at San Fabian Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija. The
ingredients and other materials will be sourced from the Sto. Domingo public market.
The planned business will operate with manpower as labor force with the aid of grinding
machine. The business is plan to be initiate on the month of May because its the
month when most people in the village are at rest from farming.
Organizational and Management Aspect
The project manager will developed an organization which will give different
function to each of the employed personnel. Personnel on the labor and marketing area,
and budgeting officer are the functional officials that have to be organized. Before the
establishment of the production, business permit will be acquired first from the barangay
and municipal office. The production will start with 15 members that will also train by
project managers to lessen the cost of management.

Financial Aspect
The proposed project will funded by the project managers at the amount of Php 20,000
and the other fund will come from a loan in Land Bank of the Philippines. The capital will
allot in buying ingredients and materials, labor, equipment and etc.
The business wants to generate a sufficient income in only small capital.

Socio- Economic Aspect

The impact of this business to the socio-economic aspect is that the business will
give an extra employment as well as income to the people in San Fabian that will
conduct during the people are rest from farming.

Project Monitoring and Control

The project manager will assist and record the overall production, operation and
marketing of the product.
