present how to operate a printer. As we know,a printer is a
prepheral machine which makes digital images and text work by
changing to the physical copies.

and to use a printer we need several materials such as a printer,

laptop and paper.

Starting with, Install the printer driver on the laptop.

After that, Prepare your computer and printer, it’s easier if they are
next to each other.

third, Connect your printer cable to the computer and don’t forget
the power cable with an electrical outlet.

Then, Load paper into the printer

Afterwards Turn on your printer, by pressing the power button on

the printer, marked with an indicator light that lights up, if your
indicator is flashing, it means that your printer has an error.

Next Check on the computer on the program (device and printer), if

the printer appears (ready), it means that your printer is ready to use

Later Click “Print” on the document, then set which parts you want
to print.
