Give your thoughts on what are your roles in the different interpersonal dynamics such as family, groups
and community.
Student’s Answer:

Every person plays different roles in the different interpersonal dynamics with others. This indicate s that
their role differs based on with whom they are with, what they are doing, and/or any circumstances. It
also emphasizes the fact that everyone has a range of duties to fulfill, both to themselves and to others .
As a result, it's critical that each individual be able to uphold their duties and obligations in relation to the
many interpersonal dynamics they are involved in

Knowing my obligations and how to uphold my position as a community member are necessary with me
as a student. However, I don’t just play the role of being a student, I am also a loving child of my parent.
Knowing that I am accountable and plays a big role with them since they are the one who shaped me to
who I am today. Therefore, my responsibility as a child is to respect them and confront with them the
issues that affect us as a family. In addition, it is also significant that I play a part in a group of people
including my school and peers since we have formed a relationship which made us depend on one
another and help each other when it’s needed. They have become part of my life and I have realize d that
choosing and having a good circle of friends will support me in preparation to create my goals and plans in
the future. Last but not the least, my role in the community and as a responsible citizen of our country, it
is also important that I am capable in making the right actions to make our country a better place. I should
initiate to make a change as I can also influence others to make choices and improve our surroundings as
our country faces different kinds of challenges and issues that are needed to have a better solution for the
betterment of our country.

A person’s role in the society may differ from one another but I believe that each of us can initiate a
change. We have our obligations to obey what’s right and respect for the environment and people around
us. Hence, a person to person’s connection can create a bond which may help one another to ignite and a
chance to improve people’s quality of life as they can learn from one another for being a good role mode l
for our country.

as a citizen and active member of society.
Student’s Answer

Being part of a community, I am well aware of my duties and responsibilities. I understand that I need to
take more responsibility by being mindful with the people around me and supports to the stability and
happiness of our family. Being accountable also entails by respecting my parents in order to have a happy
and peaceful life.

Throughout this course, I have learned to have a good study habits and social skills. I also discovered that
doing well in school, being a friend, and a classmate does not imply being perfect, rather my role as an
active member of a society is treat everyone with respect. Developing my social interactions and
preparing to be a decent citizen of my town and our country. It can be done by making acquaintances at
school, in my residence, and also through online.

Most significantly, I learned a lot in this course as I was not really aware of before, such as how to conduct
a SWOT analysis, a tree analysis, and a cause-and-effect wheel. I also gained knowledge on how to plan
neighborhood projects that would be very beneficial to our neighborhood and society. As of today, the se
learnings may not be applicable right now, but then once that I reached the age to participate in my
community and a responsible member of a society, these learnings will be helpful for me in the future.
