Record Date of Tuesday, 31st January, 2023, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the

inform you that as the Company is yet to receive the In principle approval for Stock Split/Sub-
division of Equity Shares and Bonus, from the Stock Exchange i.e. BSE Limited, it has been
decided to postpone the record date to a future date t ill the time we receive the said approval.

Shareholders are hereby requested to take a note that the revised 'Record Date' shall be
intimated in due course of time.
