Notice is hereby given in compliance with requirement of Regulation 29(1) of the

Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations,.r2ol 5, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is
scheduled to be held on Friday, 10s February 2023, to inter-alia, consider the following:

- Approve the un-audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter
and nine months ended December 31, 2022.

- Declaration of Third lnterim Dividend on 8% Cumulative Redeemable Preference

Shares for the financial year 2022-23.

Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the
company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons
and as informed earlier, the hading window for dealing in the securities of the company
shall remain closed for all the designated persons from January 01,2023 till February 12,
2023 (i.e., 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and nine
months ended December 31 , 2022\ (both days inclusive).
