    ATTENTION :  ALL CPT AND MATSON STAY-IN EMPLOYEES

    FROM           :  Management

    SUBJECT     : NO BOYS ARE ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN LADY’S QUARTER

    ==============================================================================

    The purpose of this memo is to inform all stay-in specially boys that you are no longer
    allowed to sleep in the lady’s quarter and so are girls in the male quarter. You have your
    own quarter to sleep, there is no reason for you to sleep in lady’s room. Please respect
    everyone’s privacy.

    This memorandum also serves as a warning to all stay-in. Whoever is caught not
    following the rules will force to stay out and no longer be allowed to stay in the staff
    house.

    The management will be seriously observing the behavior of each and every employee
    to make sure that the rules are being followed.

    This memo will take effect immediately.
