Multifactor Authentication

What is Multifactor Authentication

Multifactor authentication is a security enhancement that allows you to present at least two pieces of
evidence, or factors, to identify yourself when logging into an account. It is a method of confirming your
identity by using a combination of two different factors – 1) Something you know (password) and 2)
something you have.

Start with Enrollment

1. Download Company Portal on Appstore (iOS) or Google Playstore (Android).


2. Navigate to https://aka.ms/MFASetup to setup Multi-Factor Authentication.
3. Type your Webbfontaine email address and password to login and sign in. Click next to provide more
information.

4. Get started by setting up the authenticator app. Ensure that you have downloaded Company Portal on
your mobile phone. Click NEXT.

5. Open Company Portal. Tap add account and choose WORK OR SCHOOL account. Tap Scan QR Code.
6. Scan the QR Code.
7. Click NEXT to try it out. There should be a prompt on your phone. Tap Approve.

8. You are done with the Authenticator app. Now click NEXT to setup the SMS/Phone Authentication.
9. Type in your Country code and phone number. Click Next.

10. Input the code that you received on your mobile phone.

11. You’re all set.


12. Click DONE.
