    He will be received by the ship’s agent on arrival at the airport, who will assist him to join the said vessel. The agent’s full style is as follows:

    We will bear all expenses that would be incurred in the event the seaman is refused entry to some country and we would also be liable for
    infringements, if any, levied by the immigration authorities for that refusal. We certify to undertake all cost including repatriation in case
    seafarer is unable to join vessel.
