PROCEDURE TO VALIDATE

DIGITAL SIGNATURE
Kindly follow the procedure given in this presentation to validate
your digitally signed form 16.

• Log in to E-Connect

Employee Self Service >>> Payroll >>>Form 16
Select the Financial Year

Save a Copy on your Desktop

Verify Digital Signature on your Form 16

• Right Click on the Digital Sign Icon following Window will Pop UP

Click on Show
Signature Properties

Click on Trust
Option
Click on Add
to Trusted
Certificates
Click OK
