Framework for managing operations for a B2C healthcare startup.

It is assumed that the startup has engineered a wearable device that is connected to an app via Bluetooth. The app transfers
real-time respiratory data to a cloud based database which is then analyzed by an AI. The patient can also view the recorded
data to ascertain any abnormality.

The startup would require the following things

1. 130 wearable devices. One device to be given to each patient and balance 30 devices kept as back-up (replacement)
in case of any fault or damage.

2. The company would need to onboard pulmonologist. Assuming that the doctors would be monitoring the patient’s data
remotely and calls are scheduled with only those who need in person support or additional test, start-up may make
arrangement with 2 pulmonologists.

3. Tie up with test facilities and medicine vendors for providing door to door delivery of services and medicines. The
service would be restricted within 2-3 cities are situated in vicinity (Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai).

4. 1 clinical research coordinators who would liaison between patients, patient families, and health care professionals.
They would also perform administrative duties, implement policies and protocols and budgeting.

5. Technical support: Dedicated customer care number which could be attended by 2 persons for interacting with the
customers for issues related to device usage, reading the data shown in the app or any other operations or medical
issues.
