The Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. – Pampanga Chapter will
be holding a Tree Planting Activity as part of its Community Extension Program to be
sponsored by the Professional Regulation Commission – Region III. This event will be
held on July 22, 2022, Friday, at Arayat, Pampanga.

In line with this, we would like to request for your permission to allow the officers of
the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines – AUF Student Chapter (IECEP-
AUFSC) to join the said event. This will engage them not only in preserving our nature
but also in socializing with people with the same goal.
