Myself M Koteswara Rao.Ia m having total 4+ years of experience in java .I have been working
at Adiweb tech solutions pvt ltd as Software Engineer from 2018 April (4.7 Years Experience).
My Role is a Team Member and the project is a Application Support Project.(Daily My task will
be checking the mails , Closing the tickets raised with in the SLA ,Developing small Incidents
raised(IR’s) and deploying in to the server).
My Current project is MCCI(Multi Channel Customer Interface Project)
Domain : Telecom Domain
Client : TCS
Technologies Used In Project : Java , Spring , Hibernate , Oracle , Unix , Linux Server for
deploying the Applications , Oracle Application Server As Webserver and Application Server.
Team Size : 10
I completed My graduation (ECE) in 2009 from JNTUN Kakinada University and after
completion of My graduation I have worked as a Computer Science Lecturer from 2012 to
2018 and after that I have joined as a Software Engineer in Adiweb Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd.

careers growths .Where I believe Wipro will provide me with the best platform to learn as well as
develop skills and knowledge.

 Why are you leaving your current job?


I have learned a lot in my current organisation. But, I want to switch jobs because I want to
take up more challenges and responsibilities to enhance my skills and broaden my knowledge.

I have heard and read a lot about your company and I believe it would be a great opportunity
for me to take on the responsibilities of this role and learn from them.

 Tell us about the skills which are required for this position?
The Job position is for “Application Support Role” For Telecom Domain

Skills:
. Can work independently and can also provide some level of guidance to team members
•             Mandatory experience in Linux/Unix and Oracle environment
•             Experience in Telcom BSS, Campaingn Management in Telco
•             SAS experience is a plus point
•             Good communication skills.
•             Hands on experience on Patch deployment/perform downtime activity.
•             Work on Application Maintenance project.
•             Delivery the Operation SLA/KPIs within defined target. SLA are for tickets, reports delivery,
system operation etc.
•             Good to have experience who delivered automation use cases and contribute for operation
improvements.
•             Flexibility to work in onsite/offshore model
•             Ready to work on call roster.
•             Experience in Customer engagement.

 Can you work under pressure?

Yes , I can work under pressure, because it will give me the ability to push myself to develop
my skills and explore my knowledge and it gives more responsibility to showcase the best
version of me.

 Where do you see yourself five years from now?


In next five years, I would see myself as a person with more knowledge and experience and
look for new opportunities which will improve my skills and enhance my knowledge I think
that working in your organization will improve my experience and expertise.
