Dear Admission Officers,

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FOR JESSE WATARA.

I strongly recommend Jesse to your noble institution. I had the pleasure of teaching him biology
in high school. My keen observational skills for students spotted an excellent student like him. I
always allocate fifteen minutes to advise and provide future insights to my students. Jesse has not
only been an adept listener to these unique encounters, but throughout high school, he has
perfectly executed the advice given to him, and I believe he will do marvelously well in college
and beyond.

His curious and persistent nature has made him excellent in my biology class and given him an
upper hand in his other academic endeavors. His quest for making seemingly theoretical lessons
practical and providing real-world solutions and suggestions was intriguing.

A memorable and close encounter I had with him was when I completed a lesson on mammalian
physiology, and he approached me with suggestions. He proposed a way for robots to be
designed to mimic the transport system in humans for blood and other substances to reach parts
of the body where conducting vessels had been impaired. I initially dismissed the idea as
impractical, so I paid little attention to it. However, he continued to conduct extensive research
on the subject, and he drew diagrams which he used to patiently explain to me how it could be
accomplished. I eventually came to appreciate the feasibility and ingenuity of his project.

His love for computer programming and hands-on engineering made him join the robotics club,
where he made significant strides. He helped build the school's first app to host the newly
admitted students which assisted in the allocation of their various houses to avoid the chaos that
occurred the previous academic year which led to parents staying overnight to secure a house for
their ward. The app also helped in orienting the newly admitted students about the school which
was very needed due to the covid 19 restrictions which did not allow crowd gatherings.

The voluminous syllabus to be taught within a short time due to the covid 19 lockdown was
completed with the help of Jesse whom many refer to as a '' teaching assistant''. As the class
academic counselor, he helped review almost every topic before I taught the lesson. The class
became more interactive since the rest was solving questions and scheduling extra time for
practical lessons.

Jesse has been a great asset to his school, and I believe he will make great exploits in college and
beyond. Therefore he deserves my highest recommendation to your noble institution for his
undergraduate study. I would be glad to share more about him, and please do not hesitate to
contact me about him.
