KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This contract made and entered into by and between Barangay Victoria, Llanera,
Nueva Ecija represented by its Punong Barangay NIMFA V. SALVADOR hereinafter
referred to as Party of the First Part and ROLANDO M. ESMUNDO also of legal age,
single, and resident of Barangay Mataas na Kahoy, Gen. M. Natividad, Nueva Ecija
hereinafter referred to as Party of the Second Part.

WITNESSETH

That, the Party of the First Part, contracted with the Party of the Second Part, to
render as REFEREE with COMMITTEE for SK Victoria Inter-District Basketball League
on September 24- December, 2022.

That, the Party of the First Part, will pay the Party of the Second Part in the
amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (49,500.00) inclusive of 10% VAT as
agreed upon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES have hereunto set their hands this
