RE: DEMAND TO VACATE PREMISES

Dear Sir Larry Gonzales,

Good day!
I am writing you regarding the parcel of land that I own located in Mendoza St. Brgy. Plaridel, Llanera,
Nueva Ecija.

You are currently in possession of said property through my tolerance and goodwill. Now, I desire to
recover the same for my personal use and I demand that you peacefully vacate the property.

As such, I demand within thirty (30) days from receipt of this letter for you to PEACEFULLY VACATE
and SURRENDER the oft-mentioned property to me or any of my authorized representative(s).

In doing otherwise, I will be constrained to commence an action against you and exercise available
remedies under the law to protect my property rights.

Consider this as my last demand.
