FINAL DEMAND TO VACATE

This letter is to inform GLORIA GALON and ANTONIO MARAVILLA

regarding your continued refusal to vacate my property located at
________________________________________________, Guimaras, Iloilo.

Please be informed that your possession of the above mentioned property

was merely tolerated and as possessors by tolerance, you have an implied
obligation and promise to vacate the property after I make a demand to vacate.
By your continued unlawful possession of the above mentioned lot, you have
deprived me of the full beneficial use of my property.

In view of the foregoing circumstances, DEMAND is hereby made for you

to vacate my property within FIVE (5) days upon receipt of this letter. Consider
this as my LAST and FINAL demand. If you fail to head this demand, I shall be
constrained to institute CRIMINAL and CIVIL action against you to protect my
rights and interests.

To avoid litigation expense, immediate compliance is highly appreciated.

Please be guided accordingly.
