DEMAND LETTER TO VACATE THE PROPERTY

I am writing to formally demand you to vacate the property located at B-2 L-2 Phase 5, Carissa
Homes North Subdivision, Brgy. Kaypian, CSJDM, Bulacan, which I purchased and legally
acquired through a bidding process. As current legal owner of the property, it is imperative that I
gain the rightful possession according to Philippine governing laws.
Consider this letter as my FINAL DEMAND for you to vacate the premises within thirty (30) days
from the receipt of this notice. Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and confirm your
understanding and compliance with the demand to vacate the property by JULY 16, 2023.
Otherwise, your actions will be construed as willful and in bad faith such that I shall be
constrained use all legal remedies available and to commence LAWSUIT to protect my interest as
legitimate owner of the property.
Attached herewith are the copies of certified true copy of Transfer Certificate of Title, Tax
Declaration, Tax Receipts and the previous demand letter from Banco Sentral ng Pilipinas to prove
my authority over the property as the LEGAL and ACKNOWLEDGED OWNER.
Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
