Sir:

I write to you on behalf of my client, Ms. Annie Hannah Silverbite, now being the current owned of the
parcel of land you are currently occupying, which is block 4 lot 11 of Jakcer Village. The sale of the land
from its previous owner to my client was made last September 22, 2020, and said sale was processed by
and entered in the Registry of Deeds of Sorsogon at the date of October 12, 2020.

In view of the foregoing, the registered owners, being my client Ms. Hannah through the undersigned,
now demands that you PAY starting from the date in which the deed was processed by the Registry of
Deeds, and VACATE the property within thirty (30) days upon receiving this notice to pay and vacate or
not later than December 25, 2020.

Furthermore, you are strictly ordered not to make any planting, sowing, or building, as well as general
tampering with the land and anything within its radius, and immediately cease and desist from doing so
if one has already been commissioned upon receiving this letter.

We are reserving all judicial and/or administrative remedies available to us in order to protect and
enforce our right. Your cooperation is expected, and is also appreciated.
