CRIMINAL LAW II

Classes shall be conducted by lectures, recitations/

quizzes and submission of case digest
(4 hours a week - 4 units )
A comprehensive appraisal of specific felonies penalized
in Book II of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, (Title 1
to Title 14 – Articles 114 to 365 ) their nature, elements
and corresponding penalties and other important special
criminal laws.
A Student is expected to know and understand the
elements of the felonies and their penalties after the
completion of this course.
