I, INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOMES (ILO):

At the end of the module, the students are expected to:

1. Define and understand necessity of the law, its division and subject matter.

2. To identify the characteristics, classifications and functions of the law, including its
sources.

3. Define the law on obligations and contracts (Art. 1307 ).

4. Participate actively in class discussion, recitation and classroom activity through google
meeting.

II. LECTURE PROPER AND DISCUSSION:

A. Motivation 1. What is a law?


2. What is its important application to the daily life living?
3. Compare law with other means of social control.

DISCUSSIUON/LESSON PROPER:

1. Define law in general.

2. What are the 2 division of law?

3. Explain the following subject matter of the law.

3.1 Devine law


3.2 Natural law
3.3 Moral law
3.4 Physical law
3.5 State law

4. Identify the characteristics of the law


5. Simply explain the necessity and functions of the law.
6. Simply define and explain the law on obligations and contracts.

III. ACTIVITIES:

At least 75% of students participate in class discussion and recitation through google
classroom with comprehension.

IV.ASSESMENTS, TASK/OUTPUTS AND LEARNING INSIGHT;

At the end of the lesson, it is expected that at least 75% of the students achieve mastery
level.
