Pakistan is divided into four provinces:

1. Punjab: The most populous province of Pakistan, and its economic hub, Lahore is
the capital city of Punjab.
2. Sindh: Home to Pakistan's largest city, Karachi, Sindh is known for its rich cultural
heritage and history.
3. Balochistan: The largest province of Pakistan by land area, it is rich in natural
resources, especially minerals.
4. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: It is located in the northwest of the country, it shares a
border with Afghanistan. The capital city is Peshawar.

There are also two autonomous territories:

1. Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA)


2. Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan

Each province has its own government, responsible for the administration and
development of the province. The provinces also have their own assemblies and chief
ministers who are responsible for making and implementing laws and policies.
