located at the main entrance of Taman Sutera Wangi Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 while
nearby residential areas are Taman Setia Budi, Taman Mas Merah and Taman Mas Merah
Jaya.

Timeline
Pusat Komesial Sutera Wangi has started construction on 1st June 2022, and it is
expected to be completed in December 2023. We have finished all preliminaries and piling
works on 5th July 2022.

Market overview
Melaka is a proven tourist destination for Malaysians as well as Foreigners. Melaka’s
attraction is mainly due to its size, facilities, historical attractions, entertainment outlets,
medical facilities, higher education institutions and its central location in southern peninsular
Malaysia. Property prices in Melaka are considered more affordable in comparison to its peers
in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Baharu or Seremban. Melaka’s population is expected to increase to
1,190,000 in the year 2040 which indicates growth and demand for commercial facilities. Due
to the reactivation of tourism post covid 19 pandemic and the stability of the state government
post state elections we expect positive momentum of Melaka’s growth.
