MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT: SPOT REPORT: VIOLATION OF ALARM AND SCANDAL (Art. 155)
DATE: December 3, 2022

1. Please be informed that on December 2, 2022 about 9 PM in the evening at Purok tres
of BRGY Alua Cabiao Nueva Ecija, a complainant identified as Abrahim Abdul Asis, 30
years of age, complained one of his neighbor identified as Jordi El Nino, 56 years old,
retired Police officer who was fired a 38 revolver on the said time and date.

2. Initial investigation disclose that the suspect is under the influence of intoxicating liquor
and was observed unruly. According to the complainant, Jordi El Nino was creating an
alarm and scandal by discharging firearms in the front of his house on the said place,
which result to disturbance to the peace of its neighborhood. Abrahim Abdul Asis
reported the incident in the Cabiao Police Station. The responding Team of PNP went to
the house of Jordi El Nino; the PNP team filed an appropriate charge in court.
