Dear parents,
The Annual School exhlbition is going to be lrelci on L4 Novernber 2022 in the school
premises. lnterested students frorrr Std.ill to Xl can participate in any of the subjects like
Science,lVlathematics, Social Science or any of the languages (Odia, English,Sanskrit and
Hindi) as applicable to their categories.

Class lll to V-Sub-junior

Class Vl to VIll-Junior
Class lX to Xl-Senior

Maximum two students can participate in an exhibit. ln Science only working rnodels or
lnvestigatory projects are allowed.

Studentsinterested to participate in the exhibition are requested to submit a brief abstract

of the model/project to their respective class teachers. Class teachers are requested to

the model/project with the help of subject teachers.
Date of submission of the model/project - 7 November 2022
Date of selection of the model/project- 9 November 2022
