Carbohydrates
In soda there are three main types of carbohydrates: Sugars. They are
also called simple carbohydrates because they are in the most basic
form. They can be added to foods, such as the sugar in candy, desserts,
processed foods, and regular soda. A standard 375ml can of Coca-Cola
Classic contains 39.8 grams of carbohydrates, but the 375ml can of
Coca-Cola with Stevia contains less than half that amount, with 18.8
grams of carbohydrates.
Rice: Glycerolipids, sterol lipids, and sphingolipids are the main groups
of lipids found in rice
Pancake mix has butter on it which are part of the Triacylglycerols (also
known as triglycerides) it contains phospholipids too and sterols.
Soft drinks typically contain carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup
(sugar), caramel color, caffeine, phosphoric acid, citric acid, natural
flavors, carbon dioxide, organic diol, and Brominated vegetable oil. With
these being said, coca cola contains phospholids and sterols.
Proteins
Rice:In general, brown rice also has higher amounts of vitamins and
minerals than white rice. However, enriched white rice is higher in iron
and folate. Rice contains 2.9 grams of proteins in 100 grams of rice
Coca cola: Classic Coca-Cola does not contain any protein. Coca-Cola
Vanilla and Coke with Stevia also do not contain any protein. The Coke
No Sugar, Diet Coke and Coke Zero products have trace levels of
protein.
Pancake mix: to add more protein in pancakes you have to change the
recipe a little bit, in a normal pancake mix there is 6 g of protein for every
100 grams of pancake but in Protein pancake mix there is 23 g of protein
for every 100 grams
