The password sensing door lock uses the currently most advanced capacitive touch keys and
sensing card, with stable performance, powerful functions and providing convenience for use. The
password and the sensing card will all be deleted and configured by the user, which can reduce the
safety loopholes to the maximum. The door lock is applicable to interior doors of modern offices,
office buildings, senior apartments and villas.

Main features:
 The sensing card is under hierarchic management, and 2 administration cards and 200 door
opening cards can be supported
 Emergency door opening with physical key
 Password entering with touch keys
 The password can be changed, and 1 administration password and 50 door opening
passwords can be set
 The password can contain messy codes, and the maximum number of digits is 12

 With 4.8V low voltage alarm

 With power supplied by battery, and external emergency power supply can be connected
 The door lock can be installed on either left side or right side. The hole opening drawing is
as follows:
I. Door lock initialization
Press the initialization button for 3 seconds, the buzzer will have a long sound, then release the
button, the door lock initialization is successful, all administration cards, door opening cards
and door opening passwords will be cleared, and the default administration password after the
initialization would be 12345678.
II. Setting the administration cards
Under the state of door lock initialization, the cards being read are the administration cards,
when the configuration for the first administration card is successful, the buzzer will have a
long beep, when the configuration for the second administration card is successful, the buzzer
will have two long beeps, and two administration cards can be set to the maximum.

III. Setting the door opening cards

1, Read the administration card, the buzzer will have a “beep”, the motor runs, the blue light will
flash to enter the state of setting the door opening card, and the card being read now is the
door opening card.
2, Place the door opening card to be set close to sensing area of the door lock, and the buzzer
will have a long beep after the setting is successful. Repeat this operation to set another door
opening cards. If the card already exists, the buzzer will have two short beeps. The
maximum number of door opening cards that can be set is 200.
3, If no valid sensing card is detected within 5 seconds, the state of setting door opening cards
will quit.
Note: the newly added door opening card will always be at the position of the card that has
been deleted at the earliest.
IV. Delete the door opening card
1, Delete an individual door opening card
Read the administration card for two times continuously, the buzzer will have a long beep, the
red light will flash, then place the door opening card to be deleted close to the sensing area to
read once again, the buzzer will have a short beep indicating that the card has been deleted.
Repeat this operation to delete another door opening card. If the card does not exist, the
buzzer will have two short beeps.
2, Delete an individual lost door opening card
Place the administration card close to the sensing area for three times, the buzzer will have
two long beeps, the red light will flash; then place the lost previous door opening card close to
the sensing area, the buzzer will have one short beep indicating that the lost card has been
deleted. If the first door opening card is lost, the last door opening card will be read in this
state.
3, Delete all door opening cards
Place the administration card to the sensing area for five times, the buzzer will have three long
beeps, the red light will flash, the buzzer will have two beeps indicating the deletion is
complete, that is, all the original door opening cards have been cancelled and the original
valid door opening cards can not be used for unlocking anymore.

V. Using method of the touch keyboard

In order to extend the useful life of the battery, the touch keyboard will be in sleep mode when
there is no operation, and one can press the key 5 to wake up the touch keyboard. When the
touch keyboard’s background light is lit, it would indicate that the keyboard is activated, and
this time all keys on it can be used. If there is no input within 5 seconds, the keyboard will
return to sleep mode.
VI. Description of functions of the administration password
After entering the correct administration password and pressing on the “key” symbol, the
buzzer will have a short beep, the door lock will open and the blue light will flash, then press
down the function keys to select corresponding functions:

VII. Change the administration password

1. After entering the original 8 digits of administration password and pressing the key symbol,
press key 1, the buzzer will have a short beep and the red light and blue light will flash
alternatively;

2. After entering the 8 digits of administration password and pressing the key symbol to confirm,
the buzzer will have a long beep;
3. After entering again the 8 digits of administration password and pressing the key symbol to
confirm, the blue light will be on, the buzzer will have three long beeps indicating that the
administration password has been changed successfully;
4. If the two passwords entered are not the same, the buzzer will have 5 short beeps to remind for
entering again, press key C to quit.
VIII. Configuring the door opening password
1. After entering the original 8 digits of administration password and pressing the key symbol,
press key 8, the buzzer will have a long beep, the blue light will flash;
2. After entering 4-6 digits of door opening password, press the key symbol to confirm, the
buzzer will have a long beep;
3. Enter again the door opening password just entered and press the key symbol to confirm,
the buzzer will have two long beeps indicating that the door opening password has been set
successfully.
4. If the two passwords entered are not the same, the buzzer will have 5 short beeps to remind
for entering again.
5. Repeat steps 2-3 to configure another door opening password. If this password has existed,
the buzzer will have two short beeps.
The maximum number of door opening passwords is 50. Press key C to quit.
Note: the newly added door opening password will always be at the position of
the password that has been deleted at the earliest.
IX. Delete or change the door opening password
1. Delete an individual door opening password
1） After entering the original 8 digits of administration password and pressing the key
symbol, press key 4, the buzzer will have a long beep, the red light will flash;
2） Enter the group of door opening passwords preceding to the password, the buzzer will
have a short beep indicating the deletion is successful;
3） In order to delete the first group of door opening passwords, then enter the last group of
door opening passwords in this state. Press key C to quit.

2. Delete all door opening passwords

1） After entering the 8 digits of administration passwords and pressing the key symbol, press
key 0, the buzzer will have three long beeps and the red light will flash quickly;
2） Press the key symbol to confirm, the buzzer will have three long beeps, the red light will
flash, then the buzzer will have two beeps indicating the deletion is complete, that is, all
door opening passwords have been deleted; press key C to quit.
3. Change door opening password
1） After entering the original door opening password and pressing the key symbol, press key
1, the buzzer will have a short beep and the red light and blue light will flash alternatively;
2） After entering 4-6 digits of door opening password, press the key symbol to confirm, the
buzzer will have a long beep;
3） After entering again the 4-6 digits of door opening password and pressing the key symbol
to confirm, the blue light will be on, the buzzer will have three long beeps indicating that
the door opening password has been changed successfully;
4） If the two passwords entered are not the same, the buzzer will have 5 short beeps to
remind for entering again. Press key C to quit.
X. Door opening
1, Opening door with sensing card
Use a valid sensing card to approach the door lock’s sensing area, the buzzer will have a
beep, the motor acts, the blue light is on, indicating that the lock has been opened. If the
door lock detects the door opening action, it will lock the door automatically; if no door
opening action is detected, the blue light will be off 3 seconds later and the door will be
locked automatically.
2, Opening door with administration password
Enter the administration password and press the key symbol, the buzzer will have beep, the
motor will act, the blue light will be on, indicating that the lock has been opened. If the
door lock detects the door opening action, it will lock the door automatically; if no door
opening action is detected, the blue light will be off 3 seconds later and the door will be
locked automatically.

Enter the door opening password and press the key symbol, the buzzer will have a beep, the
motor acts, the blue light is on, indicating the lock has been opened. If the door lock detects
the door opening action, it will lock the door automatically; if no door opening action is
detected, the blue light will be off 3 seconds later and the door will be locked automatically.
4. Opening door with mechanical key
The mechanical key can be used to open the lock in any case (such as when the battery is
under voltage).
Note:
① If the password or the sensing card is invalid, the buzzer will have three short beeps,
the red light will be on.
② If the battery is under voltage, the buzzer will have five beeps, the red light will be
on. After the first reminder of under voltage, it can still open the door for more than 200
times, and in order to ensure the normal use of the door lock, the battery shall be changed
in a timely manner.
③ If the password entered is incorrect for consecutive 5 times, the keyboard will be
locked for 5 minutes.
