Exclusive Membership Enrolment Process

Below are the steps that will guide you on how to enroll the guest in our Rotana
Rewards Exclusive Membership program via our Rotana Rewards Mobile App.

1. Click the New Account button present at the bottom of the Login screen.

2. This opens a section to fill out the details.

a. Title, First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.

3. Create a password of your choice for a minimum of 8 characters.

a. (Should include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters).

4. Click on New Account to submit the Enrolment request.

5. Guest will receive a 4-digit OTP in his email as shown below.

6. Enter the OTP in the App as it will automatically prompt to enter the OTP.

7. Guest will be logged in automatically as a Rotana Rewards Select member

upon clicking the Submit button.

8. Click on the Rewards icon at the bottom of the Home Screen and swipe left
three time to the Exclusive card.

9. Click on Upgrade to Exclusive button, guest will be redirected to the Payment

Page.

10. Make payment of 1102.50. Enter card details, accept the T&C, and complete
the Payment.

11. Once the payment is made, the guest will be directed back to the Rewards
section of the App and the Rotana Rewards Exclusive Membership details will
be displayed.

12. An email will also be sent to the guest confirming his Rotana Rewards Exclusive
Membership.
