Power on
To turn on the machine you must connect the socket to the current, then on the panel you will find a red knob
to turn clockwise to turn on the machine.

After this, the machine is starting up (starting up the machine may take several minutes).

When the machine is ready, the startup message will disappear from the screen and you will need to check if
the emergency stop button isn’t activated and press the blue button with the word reset that you will find on
the front side of the container that contains the screen

Check Tag Quality

To check the quality of the RFID tags, press the "Start" button, a screen will appear where you will be asked to
select the type of inlay you want to check and now the machine will start reading the RFID tags and checking
their performance.

The result of the verification can have three outcomes:

• Tag OK: the tag has adequate performance
• Tag bad: the tag does not respect the quality standards
• Tag is KO: the tag is dead
OK tags will be separated by bad tags and KO tags.

RSSI Check
You can activate or deactivate the RSSI check by going to the menu and pressing the RSSI Check button.
if the key is blue the control is active, if it is gray the RSSI controls are deactivated.

Reset Duplicated Tags And Export Files

To reset duplicate tags and/or export files, click on the word "inlineQC".
A screen appears on the screen where you can choose whether to reset duplicate tags or export files.
once selected, there will be a message asking for confirmation and to confirm, press the "Yes" button for at
least 3 seconds. once the operation is completed, the initial screen will automatically return.

Connect The Device To PC

To connect the device to PC you need to:
• Change the ip address of ethernet adapter of your pc
ATTENTION: this operation will change your Network configuration. You should save your information for the
reverse operation at the end of procedure.

For windows user:

Left click on the WiFi logo in the windows bar > Network & Internet settings > click Ethernet on the left bar >
Change adaprter options on the right > right click on the Ethernet adapter >
select Protocol Iternet version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties and set the settings with:

For mac user:

Left click on the WiFi logo in the windows bar > click on Network Preferences > Select the Ethernet Adapter >
Advanced > TCP/IP and choose these settings, fill with this data:

Export Data
To export data from the device you must have connected the device to the ethernet cable.
The files are saved in CSV format and remain saved on the device until they are deleted by a user.
To download the data on your PC you need to connect via a browser from the PC connected to the cable as the
device at the address http://172.22.0.3:9999/export/tag. once the page has been opened you can download
the desired file.
