Reflection Paper

Introduction:

This reflection paper is about the seminar attended by all third year students. The
seminar is being held on October 19, 2022. During this seminar we invited two resource
speaker PCPL. Reuben Renatal and PAT Marben A. Saludes. During this seminar they
discussed about the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulations Boards which
covered the traffic Management. PAT Marben A. Saludes is the first one to discuss. He
discuss about the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulations Boards which
covered the traffic Management. He discussed about the licensing procedure on how to
apply and what age you can already apply to get your driver’s license. And also kinds of
driver’s license the student permit, non-professional and professional. The second
resource speaker is PCPL. Reuben Renatal. He discussed about Traffic investigation
involving accidents. He discussed the task of first responders on the vicinity of crime.
And also discussed about the 5 w`s and 1 H. And also the factor that which may
contribute to a vehicular accidents and purpose of traffic accident investigation.

Reflection:

During those seminar it made me realize how dangerous if you are driving a motor
vehicle without helmet and also driving without license. It is not good that you are
without helmet because if you are not wearing helmet and then accidents happen there
is a change or possibilities that the damage you will get is severe or it will end your life.
And also if you are driving without a driver license it is very dangerous it is because
there is a chance that you will be caught in checkpoint and there is a possibility that
your motor vehicle will be impound by the LTO or the PNP. So before you drive your
motor vehicle make sure that you all the requirements like driver’s license, registration
and helmet before you operate your motor vehicle.
Recommendation:

My recommendations is that the assign organizers in the event should be ready for
any technical issues during in the seminar and also based on my observation some of
the students didn’t listen to the topic they are just using their mobile phones if there is a
chance that the seminar will be conduct again make sure you that you will implement to
avoid using smartphones during the seminar so that the students can focus the
orientation and can learn about the topic discussed during the seminar.
