HUBUNGAN LANGSUNG
H1= leadership>stress : 0,535 mempengaruhi secara positif , T-test 3,712> 1,96, P-
value 0,000<0,05. Artinya leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap stress dan mempengaruhi
signifikan terhadap stress. Sehingga leadership berpengaruh terhadap stress.
H2= communication>stress : 0,122 mempengaruhi secara positif, T-test 0.817 < 1,96, P-
value 0.414>0,05. Artinya communication berpengaruh positif terhadap stress akan tetapi
mempengaruhi tidak signifikan terhadap stress, sehingga communication tidak berpengaruh
terhadap stress.
Simpulan, Hubungan langsung tidak signifikan H4, hubungan tidak langsung tidak
signifikan H8 Artinya No mediation atau mediasi tidak diperlukan atau tidak
berpengaruh.
Simpulan, Hubungan langsung signifikan H5, hubungan tidak langsung tidak signifikan
H9 No mediation atau mediasi tidak diperlukan atau tidak berpengaruh.
