The company in which I will work is the company Mazda Motors Operations de
México S.A, I will work as an quality technician where I will be in charge of
intermediating the quality of the parts that arrive at the company from other
companies, that is, I will verify that they are within the correct specifications and
with the best possible quality.
The position I will have is an quality inspector technician in which I will verify
specifications and appearance quality of the parts that arrive from the supplier, and
report all the conditions that result in the non-conforming parts.
I will develop effective processes for the detection of non-conforming quality parts
in the specifications and that are more focused on the needs of the client.
We will ensure that the parts achieve the necessary quality to avoid rework and,
above all, setbacks that can affect the time of arrival to our client.
Quality management focused on customers is going to be a brand with greater
prestige than its competitors.
What are we going to do improve quality?
Going to collaborate with our suppliers to align quality systems with us for better
results.
We are going to present processes that allow effective inspections in the detection
of process defects.
Continuous improvements will be made in writing where each person will commit to
maintain quality and report any defects that may arise.
We are going to create certified groups for internal audits regarding the processes
already established.
Who is going to be in charge of training the team?
We are going to have meetings with those in charge of the areas in charge of the
parties and thus be able to carry out the necessary training.

The meetings will be held once a month to keep an adequate control of the
agreements.
