Patient consulted today due to 1 day history body myalgia w/ no other symptoms
noted. He consulted a private teleconsult physician and he was advised to rest for at
least 2 to 3 days. He was advised to take Paracetamol tab w/c relieved the symptoms
and consulted today w/ no subjective complaints and also noted symptoms free for 3
days. Patient is fit to work. Advised to observe for symptoms recurrence. Advised to
follow health safety protocols at all times.
