PART TWO - BOOKINGS POLICY

LOCATION: Behind Mary B school, after BKY hostel parakin. (Entry through ede road
junction)
SERVICE: kindly come with your wide toothed comb. Combs that are not wide toothed
won't be used on your precious hair. It's also available in store for purchase.

BOOKING: At least 50% deposit is required for slot reservation. Until you've made your
deposit, any slot taken isn't reserved and will be open to other clients for booking. PS:
note that a 100% service fee can also be paid but balance
must be made during or immediately after service is rendered.

CANCELLATION: To cancel your appointment means you willingly forfeit your initial 50%
deposit. And if a 100% payment is made, means a refund of 50% balance.

RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling of an appointment after deposit is made, means

forfeiture of 40% of deposit made. Choosing a new slot depends on the available slots.

WHEN RUNNING LATE: for circumstances where a client couldn't help but be late, a
window of 20 mins is given after the agreed time. LATE FEE: after 20 mins if the client
isn't on sit, a late fee of #500 will be charged. And if the client isn't available after 1 hour,
the appointment is either cancelled or rescheduled based on the client preference.

SERVICE CANCELLATION: Cancellation of a particular service during the appointment

without prior discussion with the stylist, attracts 50% refund for that single service.

SPECIAL PACKAGE GUIDE:

● Clients on the special package subscription get the BENEFITS of picking slots
first before it's released to the public.
● General change in price in the course of the year doesn't affect special package
clients.
● Prices are paid in full. No installmental payments.
● Services in each package are not transferable to a third party.
● Services in each package that spill over the allocated months become invalid.
That's all services must be used up at exact months of subscription.
● General booking policies (aside deposit) are very applicable to special packages.
● All Special Packages clients gets a SUBSCRIPTION CARD for free. To replace
missing card attract a fee of #500

OTHER INFORMATION
● Wash your combs before coming
● Wash your hair and moisturize if you don't have a wash appointment or book a
moisturizing session alongside your appointment.
● Regular detangling is part of the service but if detangling exceeds 15 mins, #500
extra will be charged.
● For all hairstyles with extensions kindly note that extensions are not included in
the prices. ASK THE STYLIST FOR THE QUANTITY OF EXTENSION TO BRING
ALONG.
● Bring foods and snacks along if you've a long hour appointment.
● Kindly desist from rubbing your legs and hands against the wall.
● For muslimah sisters, it's a private workspace, feel free to be comfortable.
● There's parking space for car owners
● For FLAT TWIST styles hair must be at least 5 inches long

● For any forms of refund whatsoever the case may arise, transfer charges of
#100 will be deducted.
● Bring your BR Trim Tracker Card when coming for a trim appointment. You can
get one from the store if you don't have for #100.
● Kindly make sure to read and agree to all terms before making payment.
