Introduction

Asus Republic of Gamers (ROG) is known for their gaming laptops. It is

because, their gaming laptop can manage the most graphically demanding
game this generation has made. As they build this company, their goal was
to create the world’s most powerful and versatile laptop in the gaming laptop
industry. They aim to give every player the gaming experiences with best-in-
class displays, top tier graphics, and innovative cooling solutions that
performs new heights. So that, player can play at ease without getting upset
of their laptop that is not capable of playing their favorite game.

CEO & Founders

Asus was founded in Taipei in 1989 by T.H. Tung, Ted Hsu, Wayne Hsieh
and M.T. Liao, all four having previously worked at Acer as hardware
engineers. Since they already know how to make laptop, they decided to
make a company and named it ASUS. Trivia: Asus is derived from the
Mythological Greek Horse “Pegasus”. Just like the Pegasus, their company
and laptops represent, wisdom, speed and strength. Also, their company
takes pride of their creation. That’s why they strive for new heights by
always improving their product to satisfy their clients.

Date ASUS ROG started

Asus started Republic of Gamers in year 2006. The PC industry was

growing, so was the number of gamers. Since the company is already
knowledgeable about laptop. They decided to make a laptop specifically for
gaming. They also came up with different accessories along with it. Such as,
headphones, keyboards, and mousepads.
Rating and Rankings

Since there are a lot of websites and articles who shares their opinions
about ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG). Our group decided to take this
article on the website theverge.com. It has the headline of ASUS ROG
Laptops are the best gaming laptop in 2022. It says on the article that “The
best gaming laptop of 2022 is the Asus ROG Zephyrus G15. It can handle the
most demanding games on the market today and also makes a great daily
driver.”

is our very own, ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15, followed by, Asus ROG Zephyrus
G14, the next three laptop are in different brands, which are the Razer
Blade 17, Lenovo Legion 5 Pro, and the MSI GE76 Raider. If you visit other
websites such as pcgraming.com, they also have a list of their Best Gaming
Laptop in 2022, which ASUS ROG made it to Top 5. This proves that ASUS
ROG gaming laptops is one of the best in the gaming laptop industry.

Since ASUS Republic of Gamers has produced a lot of different model of

laptops during 2021-2022. Our group decided to choose 3 laptops for this
topic. First one is ASUS ROG FLOW X16 (2022) with a price of ₱149,000 up
to ₱164,000. Next is the ASUS ROG STRIX G15 G513 (2021) with a price of
₱70,000 up to ₱85,000. Lastly, the Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 (2022) which is
the best gaming laptop for the website theverge.com, has the price of
₱130,000 up to ₱150,000. These laptops are expensive but the brand
assures you that your purchased will be worth it.

improve in every creation. That’s why our group choose the latest laptops
they produced this year, and last year.
