EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that MS. ANALE D. CRUJIDO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of
AJ120 Ajoya Subdivision, Gabi, Cordova, Cebu has been employed by SEAMARINE TRANSPORT INC., the
delivery arm and sister company of JEHAN SHIPPING CORPORATION since October 2017.

This is to certify further that Ms. Crujido currently holds the designation of Head Accountant
with regular duty hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.

This is to certify further that Seamarine Transport Inc. and Jehan Shipping Corporation are
engaged in inter-island shipping of cargoes and is providing service for the transport of goods to the
major ports of the Philippines. Pursuant to Memorandum from the Executive Secretary dated 18 March
2020, and Resolution No. 13 of the Inter-Agency Task Force for Management of Emerging Diseases
(IATF) dated 17 March 2020, movement of all cargoes shall be unhampered. Hence, the continuous
operation of the Corporations cargo transport services during the quarantine period.

This certification is issued as proof of her employment in the Corporation in Cebu City in
compliance with prevailing Executive Orders in the Cities of Cebu, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu, and the
Province of Cebu.
