Bryson worked under my supervision as a Real Estate Analyst from August 2, 2021 until December 20,
2022. His responsibilities included collecting, analyzing, and reviewing all due diligence information
required for loan underwriting and closing, analyzing rent rolls, estimating cash flow based on historical
and current operations of properties, and preparing files for final approval. During the course of his
employment, Bryson proved to be an able employee, a hard worker, and a team player.

I was quite impressed by Bryson’s ability to complete all work assigned to him on time. He showed a
distinct ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and outside parties, including brokers,
borrowers, attorneys and title companies. Bryson worked on a multitude of loans with different
property types and sizes.

Overall, Bryson is a very conscientious and able employee. I certainly believe he has what it takes to
make a wonderful underwriter someday. Unfortunately, his position was eliminated through no fault of
his own. I strongly recommend Bryson for any mid-level analyst position in real estate.
