What is the “Sacrament of
Penance”?
– The Sacrament of Penance is one of the 7
sacraments of the Catholic Church ,in which the
faithful are absolved from sins commited after
baptism and they are reconciled with the
Christian community.
Why should we ask for
forgiveness?
– An offended person who holds on to offenses and
judgement also cuts themselves off from God ,so
if we truly care about them ,then we should ask
them to forgive us and to forgive others and to
make things right with God.
Why is the Sacrament of
Penance important?
– It is important because it is a sacrament ,it is
when one confesses their sins to a priest and all
of the sins are forgiven by God through the priest
and by this act you can avoid evil.
