No defuse lesion seen Portal vein normal in course and caliber measuring approx 7.2mm. GALL BLADDER: - Normally distended, wall thickness is normal measuring approx 2.5mm. Interphase between G.B. wall & liver parenchyma is maintained. No ER. calculus /mass lesion seen. C.B.D. is normal in course & caliber measuring approx 4.2mm. PANCREASE:- —_ Normal in size, shape and echogenicity Margins are smooth & regular. No diffuse / focal lesion seen, Pancreatic duct not dilated. SPLEEN: - Normal in size, (96mm) shape and echogenicity. ‘Margins are smooth & regular. Splenic vessels at hilum are normal 7 Both Kidneys are normal in size, shape, echogenicity & position Cortio-medullary differentiation is maintained ‘An echogenic focus size =3.8mm is seen in Rt. Kidney. ‘An echogenic focus size =8.6mm is seen in Lt, Kidney. No hydronephrosis /Hydroureter seen U.BLADDER: Normally Distended. Wall thickness is normal measuring 5.3 mm No echogenic foci in lumen or diverticula’s seen No calculus /mass lesion seen. PROSTATE :- Normal in size(28mm x31mm x28mm & Vol about 14gm ) Interphase between central, peripheral zone. No calcification/ focal cystic lesion seen Capsular margins are smooth and regular.
