QUALITY CIRCLE

A quality circle or quality control circle is a group of


workers who do the same or similar work, who meet
regularly to identify, analyze and solve work-related
problems.
The QC concept provides an opportunity to the circle
member to use their wisdom, creativity and
experience to solve any issues related to any business
activities.
This is an organizational approach.
