This document is a collection of nomination requirements of 
each IAESTE country*. These are guidelines how to prepare 
nomination of outgoing students. In some cases more detailed 
information are to be find in enclosures (see the link below the 
table).

The aim of this document is to ensure the effective nomination process and shorten the time 
between the nomination and acceptance (it should be max. 4 weeks).

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS/ IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER​ : 
­ all documents should be typed, NONE handwritten documents are acceptable 
­ most of the countries require nomination to be sent via email as one file: scan (not 
photo), size of the file 2,5­3 MB, some countries require special order of the 
documents (see numbers in tables) 
­ cover letter ­ needs to be addressed to the employer 
­ all students nominated for traineeship should be informed that they are not allowed 
to get in touch with employer before the acceptance
