Extended support to application team (APD) in case of any issues (Infra level,

Firewalls, cloud configurations)

Description:
Extended Support typically lasts after the end of Mainstream Support. During Extended
Support, we continue to provide security and reliability updates, and bug fixes and any
issues on the infra level, firewall and cloud config.

What is Included:
1. Support to the critical/important security updates
2. Support in infra level connectivity issues.
3. Support in adding of firewall rules and port.
4. Support in migrating critical data.
5. Support in application inaccessibility related issue.
6. Providing support in configuring cloud services.

What’s not Included:


1. Related to configuring new services
2. Related to new features

Extended supports are decided by the application and the support team on a mutual
concern as it may include more than what we have listed.
