1.Self-analysis . What do you hope to gain from the study of HRM?
-I hope to gain in this subject is how to be a professional while working and also role to plan, direct
and coordinate some functions of a company
How well do you think you currently understand human resource management?
-I think I understand human resource management it involves in recruiting, interviewing and hiring
new workers.
Have you ever been surprised by the actions or reactions of another person?
- Yes, many times I encounter about different reactions of another person. Not all people have
same actions or reactions because it depends on how they understand the situation.

Why?
Describe what actually happened and what you were expecting to happen. What do you think may have
caused the difference?
- I actually have a small business and my small business is doing eyelash lift, so I have encounter
other people that they are surprised on the price of my service because it’s too cheap than
other salons. And after I lift their eyelash, they are happy and also amazed on their lashes.

2. Where Do You Want to Work?

- I want to work in Manila but after many years I want to go back here in our province so I can put up
on my own business.

3. What is the relationship between attitudes and behavior?

- The relationship between these two is they can be discrepancy between what people do and what
they say.

4. Make a brief introduction about yourself.

Good Morning/Afternoon Maam! Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself. I’m
Helena Caryl Fernandez Reyes a 19-year-old future Entrepreneur. I lived in Brgy. Bagong Silang, Sta. Cruz
Marinduque. I graduated from Santa Cruz Institute year 2021 from Accountancy Business and
Management, pursuing a degree in Bs Entrepreneurship. Aside from being a student I also do manage
our small business at the market and doing some home services like eyelash lift. I am self-motivated,
dedicated and happy go lucky person. And one of my future goal is to build a business and help other
people to have a job.
