Teaching and Examination Scheme:

TW – 200 Marks
There are 3 reviews as following mentioned in which student has to give presentation on
their overall weekly/monthly work progress. (Applicable for Project and Internship students)

1st Review : 75 marks.

2nd Review : 75 marks.
Internship/Project Report : 50 marks.
(Total Internal marks: 200)
External VIVA (Review 3) : 200 marks.

Reviews & Report rubrics marks division guidelines for students & guides:

Review 1 rubrics (75 Marks):

● Identification of Problem Statement, Quality of Problem Statement, Clarity on Problem
Statement, Scope according to team size, Planning for executing the project, Quality of
presentation, Q&A, Soft Skills, Gesture & Posture

Review 2 rubrics (75 Marks):

● Status & execution of project as per explanation in Review 1.
● Design aspects (DB design, ER diagram, Class diagram, UML diagram etc.)
● Prototype and framework
● Soft skills, Gesture & Posture, Presentation quality
● Technical knowledge/deepness of student
● Assigned by the guide for regular reporting, updating on progress etc.
● Based on completion of all design documents
● Based on completion of targeted functionalities

Final Report Rubrics (50 marks):

● Individual contribution of the student
● Report formatting
● Technical deepness of report & content

Note:
1. For content & report format, Report Guidelines will be provided.
2. In every review, all the students need to bring review cards and a copy of the same need to
submit to the internal guide. Students need to attach Original Review Cards with the final
report.
3. At the time of 3rd review, students need submit physical copy of the report
4. If switching from Project to Internship or vice versa then two reports need to be submitted.

Tentative Timeline:

4th February, 2023 Review - 1 75 marks
25th March, 2023 Review - 2 75 marks
22nd April, 2023 External Viva 200 marks
22nd April, 2023 Final Report 50 marks
(Need to submit along with Review-3)

Note:
1) If student will remain absent due to any reason in any review, he/she will be marked
ABSENT in respective review.
2) Students need to check plagiarism for entire final report which should be less than 30%.
Plagiarism report certificate must be attached with final report.
3) Any unethical practice during project will lead to strict administrative actions.
4) In case of Internship/Project, all the students need to provide updates to the Internal Guide
every week as per the convenience of Internal Guide.
