Introduction
ITEL Tanzania has experience exceptional growth over the past years and we would
like to request the presence of Jimmy Chansa as a social influencer, Musician and
Medical content Creator in the contribution to your company to endure leading in
the Electronic Industry here in Tanzania as the next brand ambassador.

For any business to grow branding is vital since it’s a pin point for business to succeed
or fail. Knowing that and the influence Jimmy has in the community of many youth, if put
together can help drive awareness as well as raise sales.

About the Artist
Jimmy Revocharth Minja better known as Jimmy Chansa is a popular
Tanzanian musician and songwriter. He has managed to make several
hit songs. Sijakusahau, We Mchoyo, Tamtafuta , Mi nawe, were among
the hit songs which led him to gain popularity in and outside Tanzania.

Jimmy is a well known doctor by professional but his passion


for music has never stopped him from being the great musician
he’s always wanted.

Having running and coming new projects with Juma Jux, Young
Lunya, Marioo and Many other other big names.

Jimmy is a well known Medical Content creator and a UN SDG3


Champion. Having worked with the UN in different health projects
concerning the youth within the country.

Brand is not about a name of a company, logo, product or services; the term Brand
in any company defines a promise. A promise of distinct unforgettable experience a
company gives to its customers through its product or service; Its about creating an
expectation and deliver it consistently and consecutively.

It’s a Brand that makes a company unique and to standout in front of crowds.

the main objectives of Jimmy Chansa to be used as a New face of Itel are:

Promote itel products in Jimmy Chansa’s songs and video:
if accorded brand ambassador opportunity, Itel products will be promoted in every new song video
of Jimmy chansa while saving as ambassador.

Video Ads and Jingles: if accorded an opportunity to be your next ambassador video
ads and jingle based on Jimmy chansa’s songs will be created

Digital Marketing: if accorded an ambassador opportunity, Jimmy Chansa will use his
social media account “Instagram” to promote itel products.
Practice
Public Appearance Campaigns:
As ambassador Jimmy Chansa will be showing up in every public campaign itel will host. In campaigns
Jimmy Chansa will:

 Assist in creating awareness about Itel products.


 Promote new Itel products
 Take selfie photo with audiences
Timeline
For this proposal to be effective there must be a duration period that ITEL as a Company
shall set based on financial status that will state the extent of the ambassador. Other
things that will have to consider are:

Advertisement / promotion period based on campaigns


Number of ads to be posted in a week on social media account.
Benefits
Increase brand recognition; through the engagement of
Jimmy Chansa in Promoting Itel products over his digital platforms will
help getting more impression and views.

Product Placement; The initiation of Itel products in the coming


Jimmy Chansa and Jux’s new video called “UFAHAMU” will help increase
brand awareness.

Artist appearance at your promotion set with your brand Logo


and promotion material.
Budget
ITEL will have to allocate the budget for the ambassador and marketing at the scale
they need. The guidelines for setting up a budget for this proposal may base on:

Video adds and jingle; funds can be budgeted to make sure that good jingle and
video ads is created to correspond with the proposal objectives

Ambassador Fees; the fees will motivate brand ambassador to promote the company
and its services also it will enhance ambassador to have the look of the company.

Digital Marketing; funds must be allocated for digital marketing


Budget
For Jimmy Chansa and Jux’s video, we request for 15 Millions for Itel products to be placed
three times in the video; the beginning of the song, in the middle and at the end of the video.

For placement in 2 places in the video we request 10 Millions; thus; at the beginning o
f the video and at the end of the video.
Conclusion
On why ITEL should consider The New Face of ITEL and Jimmy Chansa as the next brand
ambassador, I stated that “it will enhance itel clients to have the promising feeling itel wants
their customers to have”.

This proposal will be beneficial to Itel as a company and Jimmy Chansa as an influential.
