1.

The quality is a product is typically defined in terms of its suitability for the
anticipated purposes or in accordance with the client's requirements. Quality
Control is the day -to -day operating techniques and activities used to meet
quality requirements, such as intermediate and final product inspections,
testing of incoming materials and calibration instruments used to verify
products. Next, is Quality Assurance mean All planned and systematic actions
required to provide adequate confidence to both company management and
customers that a product or service will meet given quality requirements. The
other point is about Quality Management, mean The aspect of the overall
management function responsible for determining and enforcing the quality
policy. This includes strategic planning, resource allocation, and other
systematic quality activities such as planning, operation, and evaluations.
Next, definition of Quality Policy is An organization's overall quality intentions
and direction as formally expressed by top management. Lastly, the definition
of Quality System is The organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures,
processes, and resources used by printers to control the many printing
variables in order to produce consistent quality products that meet defined
specifications.

2. Customers determine the quality of printed products. Achieving product

quality necessitates paying attention to material and process quality, and it is
dependent on how well the entire product meets the customer's requirements.
The most important person is the customer. They are not reliant on us, and
we are reliant on them. Because there is no interruption to our work; they are
the reason for it. The customer is not an outsider to our business; they are an
integral part of it. A customer is not a cold statistic; they, too, are human
beings with feelings and emotions. The person who receives your process is
referred to as the customer. There are two type customer. First, Internal
customers is categorized as Colleagues. Second, External customers is
categorized not just the person who signs the check. For Internal Customers
is about Prepress is customer service - it represents the customer. The job
docket has been filled out completely and accurately. Following that, a press
customer example is prepress. Films, colour proofs, and plates are completed
properly. Finally, Press is a postpress customer. For External Customers, is
about Purchasers/buyers have the ability to demand the 'lowest price,' while
those who handle the product in assembly lines have the ability to provide the
'best service.' Finally, final consumers indicate that they want the 'best quality'
because they can afford to pay a premium for the best product.

3. There are three perspectives in print quality factor. First, Product quality mean
is Those parameters that print buyers can experience and care about the
most. Example: Size, Functionality, Appearance. Second, Process Quality
mean is Those variables that printers must learn to control in order to achieve
process consistency and accuracy. Example: Density, Dot gain, Drying. Third,
Material Quality mean is Those parameters that describe raw material
characteristics and define product grade. Example: Paper, Ink, Fountain
solution. there are two option in print quality factor. First, Subjective is about
‘Pleasingness’, Tone reproduction, Edge Sharpness. Second, Objective is
about Gray Balance, Resolution, Color Matching

4. FM screening produces better detail reproduction in printing than AM

screening when identical dots of the smallest possible size are used; it must
also be possible to repeatedly reproduce each of the small dots in print. Next
Point, is Continuous tone reproduction of a multicolor image - the FM
screening produces a higher resolution and its stochastic, random screening
eliminates rosettes. The difference between Continuous-tone (contone)
reproduction with amplitude-modulated (AM) screening and frequency-
modulated (FM) screening is AM use conventional screening. FM use
reproduction with a varying number of dots of the same size and stochastic
dot, arrangement screening. Comparison of amplitude-modulated (AM)
screening with frequency-modulated (FM) screening (AccuTone, R. R.
