Abstract: In this project, it is designed a “Document Management System (DMS)” to make web
based and systematic management. This project aims to ensure that the projects, research paper
works done by the students of the university to be stored in a secured manner so the other user
admins can view the project works which has been developed by the students.
A great deal of development can be done on facilities for updating, retrieving, editing, filing by
the users of the project.
