At present, the young generations seem to have an unhealthy living standard. The
responsibility for this issue is belong to their family and the education systems. I agree with this
statement, and this essay will discuss any relevant reasons to support this opinion.

Firstly, family is the most influential to the youth. They are the ones who raised the kid
for many years of their childhood. They can control and provide what is needed for their child
during their grown-up period with permissions and allowances made in the house. They are
partially responsible for their children’s health as it is essential for them you educate and train
them to understand how important it is to sleep early, eat well and sympathise with their mental
health to provide them sound pieces of knowledge about living a healthy life.

To the extent of this response, schools and teachers are also vital in educating young
generations to live healthy lives. Schools are recognised as education centres to help the youth
understand how the world works. They are also responsible for providing general knowledge to
their students except for academic pieces of knowledge. By distributing that knowledge, schools
tend to be more reliable and trustable to the children as they apply the learning from school daily.
If schools only focus on students' academic progress, they will miss out on the opportunity to
teach their students how to live a wealthy life with the ability to study well.

To summarise, both parents and schools are responsible for the young generations’
knowledge on how to live a healthy life, and by providing them with essential knowledge, they
can partially ensure their young generations to be healthy.
