ART DOCUMENTARY ASSIGNMENT

For this assignment you are to watch an art documentary and write a short response to what
you have viewed. You may choose from the list of provided documentaries, or find one that you
are interested in elsewhere. Many of these are available for free from various streaming
platforms, but some might require a rental fee. Choose one that you think might be interesting,
and upon viewing upload to D2L a short response to the documentary. It can be a reflection on
the art or the artist, a response to what happened because of the events in the documentary,
or anything else that captured your attention. DO NOT SIMPLY SUMMARIZE THE DOCU-
MENTARY FOR YOUR WRITING ASSIGNMENT!!! Summarizing the events of what you have
seen will cause you to lose credit for the assignment.

If you have any questions or concerns about the assignment, please let me know. Not all
documentaries are created equally, and some are more interesting than others. If you find one
is boring you to the point of madness, please feel free to switch to another one.

This assignment will be due no later than 11:59PM on Monday, June 13 th. Please upload your
writing the appropriate section on D2L. Please make your reflections between ½ and one-page
in length.
